Project: Help Enterprises Website Refresh

The project aimed to refresh multiple websites into a cohesive platform aligned with Help Enterprises’ mission. Integral’s recommendation to consolidate eight websites into one, was a key achievement of the design process. The solution catered to diverse user needs, particularly those with disabilities, enhancing inclusivity and engagement.

Integral adopted user-centered design process with extensive research, personas, wireframing, and iterative feedback. Tools like Octopus, Maze, UserWay and Figma ensured accessible interface design, focusing on navigation, search and interactivity.

In February 2024, the consolidated Help Enterprises’ website launched, simplifying access and brand experience. The collaborative process ensured the solution exceeded user expectations.
