Well received by the jury, the integration of the old and the new, and the heritage detailing went the extra mile – creating a robust space with its own style. The line between heritage and contemporary is carefully blurred – a respectful transformation - representing a true collaboration between art directors and photographers, botanists and permaculturists, through to audio specialists and mixologists. Restrained, and well-executed this project is an exemplar.
