Established in South Australia in 1989, Swanbury Penglase has grown from a staff of four, to a team of sixty five professionals in the disciplines of Architecture, Interior Architecture, Landscape Architecture and Heritage. Fundamental to our projects are our core values of collaboration, honesty and pragmaticism and we pride ourselves on the strong, trusting and long-standing relationships we have with our clients and collaborators.

Project: University of South Australia, Enterprise Hub

An adaptive reuse project, the Enterprise Hub has brought back to life a disused local heritage building with a unique modern history as an entertainment venue, to create a dynamic place for human connection, business partnerships and innovation. Considerations include addressing project visions for a place of collaboration and connection, meeting the accommodation brief, major services building and safety upgrades and the interweaving and respect for the building's history and past lives throughout the process.
