Based in Bangkok, all(zone) is a group of design professionals who are fascinated by ever-changing mega metropolises that give form to their everyday life. Their observations are always captured by contemporary vernacular design solutions leading them to create built environments where all could feel ‘at home’ in the world.

About the Project

MPavilion is Australia’s leading architectural commission created by the Naomi Milgrom Foundation. Annually, a pavilion is designed and erected in Melbourne that hosts hundreds of free cultural events. MPavilion 2022 was designed by Bangkok-based, female-led practice all(zone). They envisioned MPavilion 2022 as a light, colourful shelter that encourages communal gathering. Realised as a vibrant, fabric-based canopy open on all sides, MPavilion 2022 stands out in its surrounds as an architectural landmark that welcomes intentional and incidental visitors alike to enjoy rich and diverse programming.
